Terms of sale

1. Seller

The course is sold by TRINASTRA CAPITAL EMEA, SAS with share capital of €500, RCS Paris 105 947 030, VAT FR38105947030, registered office: 8 villa Poirier, 75015 Paris, France, hereinafter “Deena Academy”. Contact: support@deena-academy.com.

2. Purpose

These terms apply to the purchase of the online course “Raw Hair Independence” (the “Course”) on deena-academy.com. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

3. What the Course includes

The Course includes 9 modules of video lessons with course notes, interactive exercises, the brand file and 7 tools (bonuses), available on the app.deena-academy.com platform. Lessons are taught in French. Legal-structure and customs lessons are based on French and EU rules.

The Course teaches a method and knowledge. It does not guarantee any business result or income: these depend on each student’s work, market and resources. Figures shown in examples are fictional.

4. Price and payment

The price is $547 USD, VAT included (or €497 incl. VAT on the French site), payable in one payment by card via Stripe. The applicable price is the one displayed when ordering. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

5. Access

After payment, an email to set your password is sent to the address given at checkout. Access is personal: it may not be shared or resold. Access has no time limit for as long as the platform operates; if the platform closes, students will be informed at least 3 months in advance and may download their brand file.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Course is digital content supplied without a physical medium. For consumers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the customer’s express consent, by which she waives this right at checkout (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).

7. Money-back guarantee

Regardless of the above, Deena Academy offers a commercial guarantee: any refund request sent to support@deena-academy.com within 14 days of purchase is refunded in full, without justification, to the original payment method within 14 days. Access to the Course is then closed.

8. Intellectual property

Course content is for the student’s personal use only. Any copying, distribution or resale, in whole or in part, is prohibited and may lead to access being closed without refund.

9. Liability

Deena Academy does its best to keep the platform available but cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance or external causes. Legal, tax and customs information in the Course is general and does not replace professional advice.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to support@deena-academy.com. If a dispute is not resolved after a prior written complaint, consumers may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator Deena Academy belongs to: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net, online, by post or by email at declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence.
