This website

Fonts are hosted on our own servers. The host (GitHub Pages) keeps technical connection logs for security purposes.

Meta pixel (advertising): only if you accept it in the cookie banner, we use the Meta Platforms Ireland pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform (page views, click to checkout, sign-up, purchase). Without your consent, nothing is set. Your choice is stored for 6 months on your device; you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Meta cookie lifetime: 13 months at most.

Free checklist and emails

If you request the checklist, we store your email, first name (optional), language and the date of your consent, to send you the checklist and then our tips and offers emails. Legal basis: your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Contacts are managed in Brevo. Retention: 3 years after your last interaction with us (opening an email, replying), then deletion.

Data processed when you buy and on the platform

Processors

Stripe (payment), Railway (platform, database and website forms hosting), Brevo (email and contact lists), Bunny.net (video), GitHub (website hosting), Meta Platforms Ireland (advertising pixel, with your consent). Brevo (France) and Bunny.net (Slovenia) are based in the European Union. Stripe, Railway, GitHub and Meta may process data in the United States: these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Account and progress: while the account is active, then 3 years after last login. Invoices and payment data: 10 years (accounting obligation).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or request portability by writing to support@deena-academy.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
